*SIGH!!!!!!!*
This took forever. It is line-less and it took a couple months...well I started it a couple months ago.
I had to redo the face a twice i think... and the bangs twice too. After that everything had to do with how much time I had to work on it. I really liked doing the background and the glowing mushrooms gave me a headache cuz i had to do the lumi over and over to get it right and I guess it was to much light in my eyes...
Anyway...
It is an angel of the earth. She is a protector of nature. I guess you could say she is mother nature, but I think she is more or a guardian and helper of mother nature... more like a nymph i guess?
The subject was done in SAI. The background was done in CS5 and SAI. I started the background in photoshop to get the base idea down and then I went into SAI to do some detail and blending. Then I brought it back into Photoshop to do color corrections to make it match the subject. the rocks were a little yellowish.

this is beautiful!! i love everything about it--especially the little details (ex. the rock, mushrooms, waterfalls) and how when you first look at it you are drawn up to her face! i think all the time and effort you have spent on this have really paid off so fantastic job!
